Ravenna HomeSeattle, WashingtonThe owners envisioned doubling the square footage of this house to make rooms for everyone in the family. This gave us the opportunity to seamlessly change the home’s character from a modest 1950’s rambler to a Classic Seattle Box by adding traditional elements such as a gracious front porch, balcony, eaves and a dormer. The existing main floor was also opened up to expand the kitchen, add bathrooms, and transform dining and living rooms to suit the growing modern family.
