Seattle Bungalow PlansMaple Leaf NeighborhoodSince no drawings could be found of this typical bungalow, new as-built and construction drawings were carefully drawn by hand, which seemed fitting for the scale and vintage of this 1923 house. An historic photo was discovered, however, and this served to inform the plans to reconstruct the badly disfigured porch. Inside, an under-utilized, unfinished basement has been reconfigured to take full advantage of the footprint by adding a recreation room, bedroom, utility room an a full bath.
